The icon in question is /usr/share/icons/hicolor/16x16/apps/crashreport-
notifier.png in the update-notifier package. If you magnify the image,
it is clear that it is not a direct copy of Susan Kare's icon. Some
differences:
* This icon is anti-aliased, while the Mac icon is not.
* The sparks on the tip of the fuse are different.
* The shapes of the fuse and the bomb are different.
* The highlight on the bottom left is much more pronounced in Susan Kare's icon.
It is rather similar to the classic Mac icon, but there are only so many
ways you can represent a bomb in 256 pixels.
