* Merge from Debian unstable (LP: #231182). Remaining Ubuntu changes:
- lib/libxview/server/server.c: use XAllocIDs instead of several calls
to XAllocID
- debian/control: add libxext-dev to Build-Depends
* Bump Standards-Version to 3.7.3.
