Public bug reported: Binary package hint: apt-cacher
I installed apt-cacher, and prepared the same server and the clients to use apt-cacher putting the line Acquire::http::Proxy "http://my-apt-cacher-server:3142/"; in /etc/apt/apt.conf I didn't modify the file sources.list All is working correctly, except the command $ sudo aptitude download blender Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree Reading state information... Done Reading extended state information Initializing package states... Done Building tag database...
