Binary package hint: cupsys
Once the printer (USB-connected HP PSC 950) runs out of paper and paper
is replenished, "out of paper" status is never updated. No further
printing is possible until Ubuntu (Gutsy) is restarted. The file
printingbuginfo (output from printingbuginfo script) is attached.

2. Expected result: Get an error message, but be able to resume the job by
adding paper, setting the printer on-line and clicking retry somewhere
3. Actual result: It is only possible to print anything with a full restart of
Ubuntu
