Icons are ok, but icon's colors are wrong, as if there were applied a picture negative effect. Look at Firefox icon color for example, it should be the usual red firefox color icon. Here it's blue. But I think it is just a symptom, as the whole gnome-system-monitor has serious refresh problems too.
