Hi! I have found solution for my problem in this threat ->https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/28022 I had 7.10 and updated to 8.4.
All work perfectly and suddenly Update Manager stoped working (Add/Remove didn't work also). It's looked just like cheryl holmes's problems. Solution for my problem was changing server in Software Sources under System>Admin. Now all works nice :) Thanks people!
