seen on Ubuntu 8.04 latest updates
Step to reproduce:
go to System>Administration>Users and groups
Select the user "root". The line is grayed and the "properties" button
too.
click "unlock" and type your password.
Bug : the "properties" button remains grayed. impossible to click on it.
You have to select another user and reselect the "root" user to refresh
the "properties" button.
