Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: nautilus
this happens sometimes and sometimes it does not but lately it has been
happening very often, upon deleting files/directories via nautilus then
opening the trash directory, the empty trash button appears but it is
not highlight to click, in other words it does not allow
files/directories to permanently delete, somehow the other method is
right-click on the trash icon and click empty trash which has worked so
far
