After looking at the app itself I think we could get away easy by just using the list-add icon for "New Printer" (as currently used in the menu already). I would also rename this action to "Add Printer" and move it out of the Edit menu to a "Printers" menu, which would replace "File".
As for "New Class", I would rename "Class" to "Group" in the whole UI and also move it to the "Printers" menu as "Group Printers" as suggested by Jones. Do we really need a toolbar button for this? If no, the menu entry could surely live without an icon.
