Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: openoffice.org
yeah esc deselects the tool icon AND we get "no fill" but guess what?
anything entered AFTER you actually highlight something (anything)
continues to apply background highlight anyway. we've even tried a
reload of the app after saving the file and the problem still persists
on the relaunch of both the app and the document.
we're running 8.04 and the updates are current. the kernel used was the
one compiled under the iso release (latest stable).
of course this bug ain't gonna come close to stop us from using this
great product. and please let us know if we've missed something here
regarding usage.
