Sorry for the comment pollution, but you can still work around this
issue by manually downloading the libmagick9 deb file, I found here on
launchpad:

i386:

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/hardy/i386/libmagick9/7:6.2.4.5.dfsg1-2ubuntu1

amd64:

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/hardy/amd64/libmagick9/7:6.2.4.5.dfsg1-2ubuntu1

The status of the packages (in the left) says "deleted", so I would best
grab them quick if you need them. Install with "sudo dpkg -i
package.deb"
