Robin, the xml that you have attached is equal i using, but i cant
manage that VM with virt-manager GUI.

By the way, i see in logs generated by virt-manager and get this command:
/usr/bin/kvm -M pc -m 128 -smp 1 -monitor pty -localtime -no-acpi -drive 
file=/dev/lvm/winxp-sp2-a,if=ide,boot=on -net 
nic,macaddr=00:16:3e:2a:22:da,vlan=0 -net tap,fd=12,script=,vlan=0 -usb -vnc 
127.0.0.1:0

If i remove the parameter "-no-acpi" the VM starts fine!
I don't know where virt-manager generate this command line, and i think if that 
parameter can be "removed" or configurable the virt-manger could works normally.
