Pedro, after I reported the bugs, I did some reboots, and the day after I reported the problem did not happen. The specific crashing issue hasn't happened again, howver the only side effect that I see that did not happen in version 7.04, is that of screens ((e.g. closing a program and revealing a windows that was behind), or refresh after I move the mouse while it was on screen saver, and some effects advanced desktop effects sometimes don't work or screw up my monitor a bit. For the refresh I just hover my mouse over the are or select the whole screen (leftclick and move the mouse to the opposite corner), and it shows OK. Probably some of the radeon libraries still needs some tweaking. Thanks. I think you can close it and let see if it happens again.
