I added the "Israel" layout and then "+Add to Panel..." the keyboard indicator and now I can switch from the panel between En and He with no problem. The only problem I have is with Thunderbird Hebrew (I can't combine He-En, It makes me crazy...) . I believe that this is a Mozilla-Thunderbird bug. Can you help....
