* Add 00_git_updates.patch: Pull changes from git head:
- Adds Amazon Kindle music player. (LP: #230523)
- Fixes suspend on some machines.
- Some "special keys" (brightness, speaker volume, etc.) quirk fixes.
* Remove 06_huawei_e220_ignore.patch, committed upstream (in patch above
now).
