What version of Ubuntu are you using?
YOu may find the following link helpful when filing bug reports as this
bug report contain very little information on what the problem is other
than it crashed. How many times does it crash? Does it crash if you run
firefox in safe mode? to run in safe mode opena terminal and type
firefox -safe-mode and see if you can reproduce this.
