Have the same problem... xlibmesa-glu-dev package isn't available and libglu-dev, but here is what I get after running sudo apt-get install libglu-dev in a terminal:
Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree Reading state information... Done Note, selecting libglu1-mesa-dev instead of libglu-dev Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable distribution that some required packages have not yet been created or been moved out of Incoming. Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that the package is simply not installable and a bug report against that package should be filed. The following information may help to resolve the situation: The following packages have unmet dependencies: libglu1-mesa-dev: Depends: libglu1-mesa (= 6.5.1~20060817-0ubuntu3) but 6.5.1+cvs20060824 is to be installed E: Broken packages -- Can't install freeglut3-dev https://launchpad.net/bugs/60103 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
