I introduced this change to fix a FTBFS in ebug-http (given-back successfully
in Hardy).
Debian removed dpkg-divert invocations because of a file rename
(/usr/share/perl5/Catalyst/Manual.pm =>
/usr/share/perl5/Catalyst/Manual/Runtime.pm), so there is no need to keep this
change, so this should be converted to a sync (Debian currently ships 5.7014-1).
