Thank you for filing this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. I could
not reproduce this bug in Ubuntu 8.04 with Compiz . When I brought both
my panels to the bottom, maximized Firefox to fill the screen area, the
Firefox window's lower/bottom border got placed above the top panel and
not the top of bottom panel, thereby both the panels were visible.
Hence, closing this bug until some one can confirm the same.
