* Merge from Debian unstable. (LP: #234126) Remaining Ubuntu changes:
- debian/control: add python-central (>= 0.5) to build-depends
- debian/rules: call dh_pycentral instead of dh_python
- debian/copyright: point to the full text of the GPL
* Modify Maintainer value to match Debian-Maintainer-Field Spec (LP: #230350)
