folder names seem to be case-insensitive, under hardy (version 2.0.0.14
(20080505)) selecting a folder, hitting f2 and only changing the casing
produces a disfunct ok button and clicking it repeatedly can lead to
non-responsive behavior.
behavior is correct for imap folders, though.
