I experience this sticky key problem to, using Hardy Heron Kubuntu KDE3. I recently installed it as a fresh version from the image cd on a new computer so the bug should be in one of the basic packages.
@arne: i am running kde and do not have this gnome-applet-sensors module installed, so i doubt that this is the source.
