Binary package hint: upstart
Ubuntu 8.04 LTS: There is no man page describing the format of the
upstart event files. Fedora 9 has such a page but Ubuntu does not. In
general I find the documentation on upstart astonishingly weak. It is
all but impossible to figure out how to use it from the information
provided.
