Public bug reported:
In Windows, the Hibernation function saves the current state of the
computer onto the hard drive and then shuts down the computer. In
Ubuntu, however, it works much like Suspend, except the fan keeps
rotating at its normal speed and you cannot get back without the
password. This doesn't correspond to the description of that function in
Ubuntu: "While hibernating, your computer _won't need any power_".
Either change the description or fix the function itself.
