Hi,

Please sync xfce4-taskmanager 0.4.0-1 (universe) from Debian unstable
(main).

The Ubuntu delta can be dropped:
- patches and desktop file fix aren't needed in this new upstream release
- that's a new stable release (0.4.0), so that's not necessary to fall back to 
the previous 0.3.2 anymore.
