Binary package hint: wine
This is a bug to help track the many issues Wine has when using desktop
effects. Currently the main advice is for users to disable desktop
effects when using Wine, however there's no reason why this should have
to be so.
It may be worthwhile, for instance, for Wine (or one of the Wine/Desktop
Effects control panels) to warn the user if they have desktop effects
enabled.
