  Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

when i go into SYSTEM TAB, from across the top tool bar and then scroll to
ADMINISTRATION, scroll to AUTHORIZATIONS or USERS AND GROUPS it doesn't allow
me to change anything. The OS will not allow me to view my external hard drive.
The error I get is unable to mount drive, or access not allowed.
As of today I loaded Ubunto 8.04 for the first time and there are no other
users.

  Help would be appreciated,
  Tony
