* Merge from Debian unstable, Ubuntu remaining changes:
- debian/apache.conf: Changed to use /var/www instead of /srv/www for
virtual webroot.
- debian/setup-mysql: Changed to use /var/www instead of /srv/www.
- Update maintainer field in debian/control.
