Binary package hint: tracker
I had tracker working like a charm here. Then, thought would be great to
have thumbnails showing on results list. Went to preferences editor -
through tracker applet - and selected the box to tell tracker to do just
that; I received a message saying tracker had to reindex entire
directories to add the thumbs. I confirmed and the proccess begun.
I had a couple documents with some labels attached, to help searching.
After reindex completion, the labels no longer "worked", I mean,
searching for the labels returned no results at all, altought I could
see them attached to the documents. I was able to solve the problems on
some of them by removing and inserting the labels, but this isn't ok.
I'm short on time exactly now, but can provide further details later, if
needed.
