* Merge from Debian unstable (LP: #226729). Remaining Ubuntu changes:
* debian/rules:
- use dh_icons
- install .desktop file for kde
- remove deprecated applnk .desktop entry
* debian/control: Debian Maintainer mangling.
kzenexplorer (0.6-2) unstable; urgency=low
* debian/rules: remove entire applink directory.
* debian/rules: install kzenexplorer.desktop to correctly show in menu.
* debian/menu: Menu position moved from Apps to Applications.
* debian/control: Homepage moved from description to Homepage field.
* debian/control: Updated to standards version 3.7.3.
* debian/kzenexplorer.1: "-" changed to "\(hy" to make distinction clear.
* debian/patches/01_kzenexplorer.desktop.patch: Encoding field removed as
FreeDesktop standard requires UTF-8, terminal & Catagories fields added.
