I'm using Ubuntu 8.04 with kernel 2.6.24-18-generic on a Shuttle SN26P
that has a motherboard VIA VT1720/24 [Envy24PT/HT] sound chip and I have
no sound because this device is not recognized. There are probably a lot
more Shuttle models with this same sound chip and problem in Ubuntu.
