hey, thanks. I saw sudo apt-get upgrade mentioned, but I didn't know the two of them went together. I thought get upgrade was to upgrade the system to a new version. I've been using Linux for a number of years, but have never had to use Terminal and shell commands until now. Do you know of a web address where I could find a good tutorial on shell commands?
I've found I can also run sudo upgrade-manager from Terminal and that works. Have you guys made any progress on finding the bug that's killing update manager from the tray icon and the administrative menu? Thanks again.
