Hi azanutta,
This model video card is too old to be using the restricted fglrx drivers, and
should be using the open source "ati" drivers. You can remove the fgrlx
drivers by running
   sudo apt-get remove --purge xorg-driver-fglrx
Or, if you used EnvyNG to attempt to install the drivers, you should remove
them from there. Hardy is using a newer version of X, so you can automatically
reconfigure xorg.conf with
   sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg -phigh
then restart X with CTRL+ALT+BACKSPACE

Because your video card are not compatible with the fglrx restricted drivers, I
am going to mark this bug as invalid. Feel free to post back your results, I
will be subscribed to this bug report until it expires.
Have a good day.
