The system can't enter S3 after set up "sleep on battery" time.(Fail
rate:25/28).
1.Power on UUT.
2.Excute Settings=>Power=>Sleep on Battery.
3.Device and display sleep time comparison:
Condition1:Device(2 mins)>display(1min)==>a.display sleep and the device can't
enter S3(6 times)(fail rate:6/8)
