I guess you mean: separate the language-packs and -support packages into
Simplified and a Traditional Chinese packages.
This is indeed on my radar, however I cannot promise for which release it will
be implemented as it requires some significant code changes in several
applications. I'd like to treat this as a whishlist item though.
