Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

OK, sorry, it's not a "real" bug, but a (much needed!) feature-request;
please, hear me out.

Rhythmbox is great for its simplicity, stability, and easy of use; but with an
increasing interest in appearance, I think a step toward implementing the
interesting, visual "moodbar" package is one in the right direction.
In any OS, the music managing application is one of the most used: it needs a
great user interface (Congrats so far, by the way!). Rhythmbox ships as a
default for Ubuntu, so, nice yet simple and noticeable visual changes (along
with the increasing program stability) may just tip the scale:
"Hey this works, really well, and looks great - I like it; let's see what else
'Ubuntu' can do ..."
Personally, I like the slider for its size - it provides more accuracy - but,
sadly, its the most plain feature of the whole app, despite its functionality).
So why not keep the size and just make it look more appealing: hello, moodbar!
Attached a mock screenshot to show you what I'm getting at, just a five-minute
gimp effort.
I have to admit: it looks a little strange at first. But it has definitely has
grown on me.
  What do you think?

** Affects: rhythmbox (Ubuntu)
