Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: update-manager
Command line to upgrade:
gksu "update-manager -c -d"
warnings.warn("apt API not stable yet", FutureWarning)
extracting '/tmp/tmpcg9Xzb/edgy.tar.gz'
authenticate '/tmp/tmpcg9Xzb/edgy.tar.gz' against
'/tmp/tmpcg9Xzb/edgy.tar.gz.gpg'
Det message during the upgrade I got from this was
"/var/cache/apt/archives/login_1%3a4.0.16-2ubuntu2_i386.deb"
"can not access archive"
The upgrade eventually aborted with a cheery that the system may have
been left in an unstable state after having tried to run some sort of
recovery of the old system (which failed)
** Affects: update-manager (Ubuntu)
