Thanks for your report, The text on the list view shouln't change if you
change the zoom level, that's a known bug and you can track it here:

right way to solve this, changing the text on the whole nautilus because
you changed the zoom level is evil, the text should be the same as all
the applications on the desktop and should only be changed on the gnome-
appearance-properties. I'm up for closing this bug but waiting for your
feedback if you want to rephrase the report and link the upstream task
or just close it (WONTFIX), thanks.
