Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-terminal
This seems to really be a bash script problem: trying to start a
missing program in the background causes bash to exit (apparently
without error??). The effect is that gnome-terminal exits, even though
it should not.
Suppose you do not have klines installed. Type: klines &
It should give the "sudo apt-get install klines" message and then exit,
right?
Well, it does, but it also exits bash, meaning the terminal closes.
Not good.
