I've just done a few more tests: - Simply printing landscape PDFs with KPDF actually works. - Printing to a PS file also works, but KGhostView displays the page previews with portrait orientation, - Using the psnup filter to print multiple pages on a single sheet fails - XPDF works well - Printing with XPDF to KPrinter works, also when using the psnup filter - This might point to the underlying problem: Using pdftops FILE - | kprinter --stdin results in the same problems as using KPDF - Also, the result seems to depend on the PDF. I've just found one created by Acrobat on Windows which works just fine. Unfortunately, I can't publish the mentioned PDFs.
