Thank you for using Ubuntu and taking the time to report a bug. The
files in /etc/cups/ssl default to using the ssl-cert generated
certificate. ssl-cert was updated in http://www.ubuntu.com/usn/usn-612-4
and does regenerate the certificate if it is detected as vulnerable.
