Public bug reported: The function to choose which package contains the bug does not allow my to answer "http://www.ubuntu.com";.
When I run Windows 2000 and MS-IE 6.0 and I go to the page http://www.ubuntu.com/desktop (and others) and I click on the link to help.ubuntu.com in the following paragraph near the bottom: "Documentation is available in the desktop help browser and on-line at help.ubuntu.com. A range of support services is also available both as free community-based support via forums, chat and mailing lists in many languages as well as paid commercial support services." I get the dialog-windows etc. for file downloading on the screen. If I choose to download it, it becomes a 3432 bytes file on my HD.
