I followed the instructions in the above link about NvidiaLaptopBinaryDriverSuspend and they actually fixed the problem. If my tv is plugged in to my s-video out from the card it doesn't want to suspend at all though. If I unplug it then it suspends/hibernates and then resumes fine. I'll still attach all the necessary files from the DebuggingACPI.
