Public bug reported:

KDE is configured by default to restore applications from previous
session. The problem is that ICA is started on login, KDE add it to
autostart, and on the next login, ICA is started the usual way and by
KDE. Other instances fail to start, because one instance is already
started. Each subsequent login causes one more error message box to
appears.

To prevent this behavior, use kcontrol : KDE Components -> Session
Manager -> On login : start with empty session.

Since we don't have control on this parameter, ICA should start only
once, no mater the configuration of KDE.

** Affects: italc (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
