We can only build libpq5 against MIT *or* heimdal. Consequently, libpq-
dev needs to depend on the respective -dev, i. e. either libkrb5-dev or
heimdal-dev. Alternate dependencies don't work, you can't build libpq5
against libkrb5 and then pull in heimdal-dev for building client-side
apps against libpq5. Thus I'm afraid we need to decide for one, and that
is currently MIT kerberos.
(I do not have any opinion whether MIT or heimdal is better, I don't
know either. I just don't want to have both in main).
