The liQuidsoap package is just recommended:
$ apt-cache depends liguidsoap
liguidsoap
Depends: python
Depends: python-gtk2
Depends: python-support
Recommends: liquidsoap
and liQuidsoap recommends icecast2:
$ apt-cache depends liquidsoap
liquidsoap
Depends: adduser
Depends: libao2
Depends: libasound2
Depends: libc6
Depends: libcamomile-ocaml-data
Depends: libgcc1
Depends: libid3tag0
Depends: libmad0
Depends: libogg0
Depends: libpcre3
Depends: libportaudio2
Depends: libshout3
Depends: libsoundtouch1c2
Depends: libspeex1
Depends: libstdc++6
Depends: libtheora0
Depends: libvorbis0a
Depends: libvorbisenc2
Depends: libvorbisfile3
Depends: wget
Suggests: festival
Suggests: liguidsoap
Recommends: icecast2

I think the problem was this:
"Warning: The home dir /usr/share/liquidsoap you specified can't be
accessed: No such file or directory"
I created that directory and now I can run it. I've attached the
apt-get commands/output
