Public bug reported: I'm using hardy with all the latest updates.
This worked quite well on Hardy from about 1-2 months earlier. I use the fglrx driver in xorg.conf, no binary kernel modules. linux-image: Installed: 2.6.24.18.20 xorg-driver-fglrx: Installed: 1:7.1.0-8-3+2.6.24.13-18.41 On resume, I just see a plain white background with nothing in the foreground. When I switch to a console using C+A+F1, I see a black background with vertical white stripes. No text. I can login, issue 'reboot' and that all seems to work fine. ssh access works as well. I have a Radeon X1400 on my Thinkpad T60. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Resume from suspend to disk (or hibernate) fails with latest updates https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/239464 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
