The only significant change was adding a build-dependency on libxext-
dev. This change has been added upstream, as can be seen from this
Debian changelog entry:

* Non-maintainer upload.

+ Add Homepage field with new upstream URL.
+ Add build dependency on libxext-dev (Closes: #451135).

We can safely drop the other Ubuntu change, modifying the maintainer
field. This allows us to perform a sync of this package.
