Sorry but this is not enough information to help you :(
If you cannot play anything in any music or video player then it is not an
Amarok problem.
And what happens? Do you just get no sound? Or do the applications not work at
all?
Did you maybe make a mistake when plugging in the normal speakers after using
the headphones?
Does a restart of your computer fix it?
