I didn't notice this in time for 8.04.1, I'm afraid (the window has now
closed for anything other than regressions from 8.04), and of course
it's wrong in hardy's localechooser too. However, it'll be fixed in the
normal course of merges from Debian; I have an automatic system for
syncing that langnames.inc file from localechooser.
